Our client school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a reputable primary school in Barking London from January 2025. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching in an Year 3 setting. Aside from that the successful Year 3 Teacher will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.
Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons that challenge and inspire Year 3 students to reach their full potential
- Monitor and assess students progress and keep regular records of Year 3 students academic performance
- Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
- Collaborate with school management teaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support for Year 3 students
- Prepare and participate in schoolrelated activities such as performances events and parent/teacher meetings
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children
- Use a variety of effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment
Year 3 Teacher Requirements:
- Year 3 teacher experience
- QTS or equivalent
- A recognized qualification in teaching preferably a Bachelors degree in Education or any relevant field
- Proven experience in teaching Year 3 in a mainstream primary or secondary school
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with parents staff and students
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in class
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles
- A passion for teaching and making a difference in students lives.

Year 3 Teacher Salary
