Job Description:
Purpose of the role
To ensure our projects for 2023 are delivered on time and within budget.
Activities
- Working with the Digital Learning Manager, product owners and other team members to create and implement a high-level plan for each product
- Coaching our self-organising team
- Tracking activities against the plans ? reporting on issues as necessary
- Tracking spend against budget ? reporting on issues as necessary
- Sharing the leadership of our regular show & tells
- Leading sprint retrospectives
Skills required
Essential
- At least 5 years project management experience, within waterfall and agile environments
- At least 5 years experience working within online learning, specifically in course development
- Able to get into the detail while keeping hold of the big picture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? able to work with team members and stakeholders
- A pragmatic outlook ? able to get the best out of the team
- Confident in using IT-based project management and communication tools effectively
- Fluent in English
Desired
- Experience within the Not For Profit and Commercial sectors
