Management Accountant

Digital Marketing Agency

We are searching for a pro-active Management Accountant for a scaling 60 person independent creative marketing agency. It's a really exciting time to join as they are opening global offices in the next six months.  Reporting directly into the Chief Financial Officer, the role has been created to strengthen the finance function. The role takes full ownership of the Management Accounts process including posting accruals, analysis of movements, comparison to budget and production of monthly packs. The opportunity is exceptionally broad, where you will be instrumental in helping to drive efficiencies and making a more robust finance function.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Management Accounts process (accruals, movement analysis, budget comparison & monthly pack production).
  • Assistance with budgeting & forecasting
  • Designing the balance sheet reconciliation process
  • Act as a key contact for auditory and statutory accounts process
  • Reconcile costs on finished projects and help manage over & underspends
  • Receivables & cash management
  • Ad hoc duties where required

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

  • CIMA or ACA qualified preferable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good all-rounder, proactive, team player
