We are growing rapidly, and have two exciting opportunities to join our fantastic team. We are currently hiring for a Sales Executive and Business Development Manager, so be sure to check out both adverts!

We are looking for people who can build long-term relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey and help grow new opportunities with prospective clients.

Tasks

Role

In your role as Sales Executive you'll be a crucial part of the UK sales team, responsible for a number of different customers and key accounts.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and manage them through the sales process
  • Speak with new customers and help on-board them to the platform, selling the benefits of using Renewable Exchange
  • Run presentations with key accounts, and demonstrate how to use the platform
  • Ask engaging questions to fully understand our customer's situation, enabling us to offer the best solution for their circumstances
  • Be curious! The energy industry is constantly changing, and our customers value our expertise. A successful candidate will be eager to learn and evolve with the business to ensure we remain market leaders

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An excellent communicator over phone, video calls and email
  • Eager to deliver results in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Motivated and driven to deliver the best service possible to our clients and develop long-term relationships
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional time management
  • Passionate about renewable energy & sustainability!

Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience working in B2B sales or account management OR
  • Experience working within the energy sector

  • Good base (relative to experience) + performance-based bonus structure. OTE of base salary +30%
