Senior Change Manager







My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join their projects team.
This is a newly created role and the successful Change Manager will help to shape the department and implement new processes and methodologies.
The Change Manager will have the experience and passion to design and lead the change initiatives to ensure the successful delivery of portfolio of projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet their objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage across the organisations diverse stakeholders. Working with a team of change managers you will lead the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures
The ideal candidate will have extensive change management experience, with a strong knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management have effective communication skills and the ability to influence people. You will be a leader; confident, engaging and enthusiastic about your work and genuinely want to help facilitate successful delivery of change.
You will need to have;
- Previous experience in a similar Change Manager role
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Change
- Management, Prosci Certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Strong and demonstrable experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ensure key stakeholders understand the need for the change and are consulted and involved in readiness and transition activities
- Experience of implementing change in an organisational context (affecting 500+ people) working in a sensitive and confidential environment
