Job Description
- Reviewing existing HR policies and creating new policies whilst considering implementing further company benefits if deemed appropriate
- Managing all aspects of recruitment, supporting the department heads with adverts and selection
- Responsible for maintaining all Personnel files including starters and leavers
- Updating the employee handbook and keep abreast of employment law, policies and procedures
- Monitoring sickness and holidays and reporting to the Senior Management team
- Administering Payroll information, Pensions, Insurances, Company expenses and company benefits
- Working on ad-hoc HR Projects
Personal Specification:
- Hands on experience in a HR environment required
- Good knowledge of current employment law
- Recruitment experience is essential
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Approachable with excellent organisational and communication skills
- A natural people person / motivator
