Are you an experienced Nursery Manager and can travel to Twickenham our clients are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager who can support a large 90 plus place setting grow the occupancy grow the team together with having experience of working with budgets financials and has experience of taking a nursery through an Ofsted Inspection.

The role is working a 5 day week covering 38 hrs offering a competitive salary and loads of great benefits.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
