Trainee Tax Graduate







TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Trainee Tax Graduate to join a fantastic local firm of chartered accountants in Sevenoaks. You will either be a graduate or somebody with 12 year tax experience and looking to build a long term career within an experienced tax team of a market leading multisited and growing accountancy practice.
You will work alongside two very experienced tax staff in the personal tax team and have the opportunity to progress in your career whilst studying for the ATT CTA ACA or ACCA.
As a Tax Trainee you ll start off by learning the fundamentals including carrying out technical tax research producing tax computations advising clients on their tax requirements and negotiating with HM Revenue & Customs. As your technical knowledge commercial acumen and confidence grow you ll have the opportunity to begin advising clients on their tax affairs and deliver outstanding levels of client care. You will be offered exposure across both personal and corporate tax as well as specialist tax areas too.

Requirements
- Or; a graduate with a finance related degree
- Or; have 12 years experience working within an accountancy or tax position with a keen interest in building a career in personal tax.

2.1 or above preferable in a finance related degree- Economics mathematics, accounting, finance etc. 112 UCAS points or above. Good A Level and GCSE grades. You must be based within a commutable distance of Canterbury. Starting summer 2024.
