The successful applicant will:
- Support the Management across all aspects of Home Management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for people who live here and their visitors.
- Instruct staff and ensure all activities are carried out. Interact with the people who live here.
- Comply with all CQC and local authorities
- Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are carried out.
- Display excellent interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities and work systems to staff.
- Demonstrate proven organisational and planning skills to ensure continuity of care.
- Demonstrate motivational leadership skills and promotion of high standards of care.
- Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

Someone who can deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home. And, whether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well-being in mind above anything else.
Requirements
You will need to be:

- Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference.
- A glass half full person, with a sense of humour and a positive outlook.
- Knowledgeable of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.
- Experienced in a similar position (preferred)
- L3 qualification (preferred)
