Location: UK based, Hybrid (Remote + Southampton HQ + Travel)
Salary: Up to 60,000 DOE

The role:
Reporting to the SVP Services, the Mobile Apps & Integrations Programme Manager will be responsible for working with clients to deliver complex mobile applications and technical integrations in a collaborative, professional and timely manner.
The role requires you to work closely with our internal team(s) across timezones, to make sure our customers' experience is at the core of every decision Alliants makes, as well as interfacing directly with customers, maintaining a trust based and transparent relationship, communications and expectation setting.
We expect our Programme Manager to be hands-on and very much part of the team when required and as such a broad breadth of skills and experience will be required to succeed in the role, as well as a working style that is inclusive and non-hierarchical.
Some key areas you ll be working on:
- End to end responsibility for the set up, delivery and close out of projects within the allocated portfolio, across resourcing, timelines and budgets
- Working with Mobile and Solution Architecture teams to design and deliver the best solution that time/budget can offer for our customers
- Understanding the strengths and technical framework of the Alliants white label mobile app and Experience platform - these are the base products from which our custom features and integrations are delivered to
- Working with Hotel General Managers, Operational teams, Business Sponsors and senior stakeholders to implement solutions to contracted deadlines
- Working with external providers and vendors in a collaborative and proactive manner
- Managing resources and plans to ensure high quality delivery, on time, on budget
- Proactive resource management and team succession planning to balance customer delivery needs alongside the need to allow our technical resources to grow and have a diverse workload
- Coordinate delivering with different sites and corporate functions
- Communicate and update stakeholders and teams of projects and deliverables
- Adjust and adapt budget as the business and economic climate dictates
- Leading the project delivery and coordinating with Global hotel teams, Operations and Commercial functions
- Tracking deliverables, progressing projects to successful sign off and acceptance
- Managing suppliers lead times & resourcing
Important to have:
- 6+ years Project/Programme Management experience, ideally in software and/or mobile application delivery
- Experience of delivering mobile applications and technical integrations in Hospitality or an adjacent customer-centric industry
- Proven delivery of business change solutions to time, budget, and quality
- Able to clearly document outputs of all discussions and meetings to ensure actions, commitments and expectations can be understood and shared both by the customer and internal teams who need to support success
- Adaptable to different customer cultures and environments, but ultimately able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple customer engagements/discussions underway at any given time
- Senior level stakeholder management and excellent organisational skills
- Clear and prompt communication skills and ability to explain complex and/or technical issues clearly and accurately in simple terms to non-IT stakeholders
- Experience of using structured project management methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement initiatives across a department/business
- Good understanding of PCI/GDPR and data security, adopting this knowledge during project implementation
- Experience with Salesforce
- Understanding of the commercial levers to pull to build a profitable business and manage teams and project commercials to enable that
- Able to position tangible and intangible business cases for customer experience investment for our customers
Nice to have:
- Understanding of the Hospitality technology ecosystem across PMS, Table Management Systems, Activity/Spa Systems, Revenue Systems, Payment Gateways, Food & Beverage, Websites, Digital & Customer Experience
