Job Title: Smart Repair Technician
Location: Oldham OL1 2QL
Salary: 12.88ph + Time Saved Bonus
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm + Alternative Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm

They are looking to recruit for their multi franchise Oldham Dealership are on the lookout for a qualified Smart Repair Technician to join their team!
Main Role Duties:
- Carry out polishing of new painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed
- and the overall finish matches the original factory finish
- Carry out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles.
- Ensuring all repairs are in line with manufacturer standards
- Ensuring that all Company documentation is accurately completed, and that all
- Company procedures are followed
- Planning and managing time effectively to meet deadline and ensure workshop

Requirements
This exciting new opportunity will allow you to service and repair vehicles in a safe and economical manner employing your skills and knowledge as may be required, including the ability to diagnose faults with the minimum supervision.
As such, they require a self-motivated individual, who is able to use their own initiative to work alongside our existing team in their busy service department.
The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs undertaken are on time and of the highest standard of quality.
As a Smart Repairer, you will be working within our state-of-the-art body shop as a part ofour growing team of experts and ensure our vehicles are to the highest standard for ourcustomers under the support and guidance of the Body-shop Supervisor.
