About the Role:

As a Design Technology Teacher you will:

• Deliver engaging and stimulating Design Technology lessons across the curriculum catering to Key Stage 3 (Years 78) and potentially Key Stage solving in students encouraging creativity and experimentation.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students can develop their design and practical skills effectively (planning construction using a variety of materials and tools).
• Contribute to curriculum development ensuring it aligns with the schools vision national requirements and the latest advancements in design education.
• Create a positive stimulating and safe learning environment in the workshop.

• Qualified Design Technology teacher with a demonstrable track recordsolving in students of all abilities.
• Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver innovative and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• A commitment to high standards and the ability to create a positive stimulating and safe learning environment in the workshop.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
