An established fast growing law firm is seeking asolicitor of 2 4 years qualified into the Private Client department. The legal firm acts as trusted advisers to individuals, families, trustees, family or owner run businesses and companies that are run both in the UK and abroad.
The solicitor will provide practical advice and draft documents in relation to commercial solutions for a wide variety of tax, trust and estate planning situations that arise.
Requirements
- 2 4 years qualified solicitor
- Bachelors Degree
- Private Client experience
- Experience in dealing with vulnerable persons, court of protection, deputyship orders, succession and estate planning, estate planning documents, probate, cross-border estate planning and cross-border probate and tax and all elements of trusts and estates work.
- Being able to speak a foreign language would be an advantage to assist with the cross-border issues that arise.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
