Description
In this exciting role you will be working alongside the Head of Account to nurture and grow our community of creators
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent project management, organisation and direction on the day-to-day operations of a brand ambassador programme; including but not limited to event management, content production, logistics, creative project management and reporting
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a community of social creators
- Create opportunities for organic social media content, plan events, launches and workshops, with the help of a Marketing Executive
- Support marketing activations such as creating merch and hosting events for key industry stakeholders
- Source up and coming creators and grow our network of creators, based on quantitative and qualitative goals
- Deliver and track on-brand social content, to a high standard; you will lead on the client satisfaction of your key accounts so ensure exemplary client service is delivered throughout
- Organise merch and product send-outs, manage stock and liaise with delivery partners
- Project manage deliverables, identify and liaise with suppliers, partners and freelancers on special projects
- Organise shoots and liaise with directors and photographers
- Manage the booking of venues and hotels, source locations for shoots, organise logistics for influencer trips and events
- Pro-actively work with the Head of Department on new project ideas and ways to upsell
- Be a trusted and experienced pair of hands within the team; proactively provide ideas to develop the team
- Own internal communication of analysis of campaigns to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Lead on developing thorough and well thought through content strategies to new and existing clients; show your experience and advice on what works.
- Support the Head of Account in designing and implementing new processes for the team and for the benefit of our clients; be a champion of our proprietary platform, Waves.
- Be an expert at budget management, forecast and track project s costs and update client on spendings, collaborate with Head of Account on financial reporting
Requirements:
- Strong copywriting skills
- +3 years experience in a similar role, ideally collaborating with influencers on events and special projects (paid and unpaid opportunities)
- Incredibly good attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the influencer and social space; Facebook, Instagram, YouTube/Google, TikTok.
- Experience in a client facing role and strong written and verbal communication skills. Provides solution focused project updates to clients on time. Advanced written comms with no typos and correct grammar. Confident in communicating project updates to clients on the phone and face-to-face.
