Marketing & Communications Manager

This is a rolewhere you will work closely with the Companys Directorsto deliver on the priorities of the business.This role will influencethe growth of the business by building brand awareness, findingnew opportunities through successful tendering,increasing conversion by reaching a wider audience and encouraging engagement through social media, website, and SEO.
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be required to:
Identify strategic plans to deliver across all the client s networks and set smart objectives.
Continue the implementation of their new website to create one online place for 5 of their companies within the group.
Have a focused approach to create relevant and informative content for the website, blogging, case studies, marketing materials, newsletters, bulletins,and direct mail to attract and retain their target audience.
Maintain and improve the brand through positive results and sustainable growth. Focus on building a reputation online and offline to fulfil the companies objectives.
Create different design media for use online and offline for the group using CS6 whilst supporting with video clips where needed.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiateprices.
Manage the preparation, completion, and submission of all PPQ, ITT s and Tenders. Search for new opportunities using e-portals and Barbour ABI.
Lead onand plan exhibitions, events as well as volunteering initiativesacross the group.
Manage all PR activities across the group including writing and distributing press releases. Manage and maintain a good relationship with all relevant industry magazines. Review and renew ad campaigns regularly.

Requirements
To be successful in this position the Marketing and Communications Managermust have:
Previous Marketing Manager experience
Willing to travel between Company sites
Excellent organisation skills and able to work to tight deadlines
Advantageous
Knowledge of CMS and basic HTML
CS6 to an intermediate/advanced level

To be successful in this position the Senior Planner must have: Minimum of four years of professional planning experience Full UK driver s license Building & managing a resourced programme starting from planning the first principles as well as WBS from drawings /tender documents. Carry strong knowledge or experience as to how jobs are built or how contracts are run across different stages in a project. Awareness of sequencing of tasks to enable them to build programmes for their contract in consultation with Bid / Project Manager. Be able to identify "wastes" within the Cementation programme To be successful in this position the Marketing and Communications Manager must have: Previous Marketing Manager experience Willing to travel between Company sites Excellent organisation skills and able to work to tight deadlines Advantageous Knowledge of CMS and basic HTML CS6 to an intermediate/advanced level
