1. Responsible for accompanying sales representatives to visit clients analysing client needs identifying pain points and guiding client requirements.
2. Involved in project bidding completing proposal analysis and customising proposal solutions.
3. Coordinate with the inquiry manager to provide configurations clarify pricing details and review configuration and quotation documents.
4. Responsible for project delivery overseeing project implementation and ensuring successful project handover.
5. Possesses presales customer communication skills solution development capabilities and the ability to write proposals.
6. Equipped with the ability to troubleshoot system failures effectively.


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Proficient in storage technologies from Huawei IBM and Dell. Capable of independently planning and deploying storage solutions with a strong familiarity in configuring both Fibre Channel (FC) and iSCSI setups.
  • Expertise in virtualization software such as VMware Citrix and VDI. Capable of independently deploying virtualization solutions.
  • Mastery in systems administration including Windows Active Directory (AD) DNS WSUS and shared folders. Capable of performing tasks such as new installations maintenance and upgrades on operating systems.
  • Proficient in cloud computing platforms including AWS Alibaba Cloud and Azure. Capable of deploying cloud resources and configuring cloudbased solutions.
  • HCIE or SAP is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin are essential
