Junior Sales Marketer







Fintech Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Marketer to work for a B2B company in Fintech Media, Publishing and Events.
THE ROLE:
As a Junior Sales Marketer you ll be a product marketing superstar at a dynamic, fast-growing and well-respected media company that is leading the way in the fintech industry. You ll support the Sales Team by designing and implementing creative email campaigns for our products and services. In other words, you ll write and design compelling emails and eye-catching creatives that convince our prospects and clients to reach out to the Sales Team. If you re an email automation expert and Hubspot workflows excite you (yes, we re sure you re out there), this role is for you! You ll be using your technical and commercial knowledge, and all the tools in our CRM-system, to get your emails to the top of our client s mailboxes. Marketing should be your core competence, but you ll be part of the sales team so you ll need a heavy dose of commercial skills for this position. Has anyone ever told you that you could sell ice to someone on the North Pole? And on top of that all your family and friends count on your technical skills when it comes to anything digital ?
You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM system s Sales Hub (Hubspot) and creating email marketing campaigns to notify leads and existing customers of the products and services on offer. You will design the campaign and also create all the assets, including writing the commercial copy, so you ll need to be hands-on and creative. Your job will entail data maintenance, creating actionable insights in our database and implementing clear and concise sales campaigns.
You will do lead generation and qualification, passing these on to your colleagues in Business Development and Sales. You will plan sales meetings for senior members of the Sales Team and follow up on action points. You will be part of the sales team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CRM - Hubspot
- Data maintenance and enrichment of lead and customer data
- Design, plan and execute promotional email campaigns
- Marketing automation & workflow creation
- Create reports on email campaigns and sales performance
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of sales activities
- Updates of the brand media packs
- Maintain the product price lists
- Assist with ongoing customer support
Requirements
THE CANDIDATE:
Your Skills and Experience Are:
- Minimum two years experience in a sales marketing role
- Advanced knowledge of the Hubspot CRM system, in particular email marketing, campaigns, marketing automation and workflows
- Proficiency in Google Workspace including Google Docs and Google Sheets
- In-depth understanding of email marketing best practices
- Commercial attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Patient, detail oriented and not afraid of repetitive tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to take the initiative and come up with own solutions
- Comfortable with in-person, telephone, video, & email conversation
- Hands-on mentality

REMUNERATION & ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
25k - 27 (full time)
25 days holiday per annum
+ one additional day holiday for each year worked at the company (max three)
