Position: Digital Planning Account Director
Location: London, Full Service Media Agency
Salary: 55k per annum

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the digital relationship across some of our largest clients.
All of these clients offer the opportunity for brand and performance planning, with opportunities to drive their businesses forward. The agency is vibrant & these specific clients are fast-paced so a desire to work in this environment is essential.
You will be a key contact for senior clients
Responsible for the digital strategy and planning
Working closely with our digital activation teams on campaign delivery.
You will be a senior member of a client planning team, which oversees a portfolio of 10 clients.
You will be working closely with your offline media specialist peers to help shape and continually improve our planning and buying output.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing:
This is a senior role within the planning team and you will be managing direct reports to ensure best in class client servicing as well as becoming a partner to your clients, an expert in their industry and providing digital thought leadership
Strategy and Planning Servicing:
You will be well versed in taking briefs from, and presenting back to clients
Managing your own and your team s time and expectations in the process
You will demonstrate an ability to write digital strategies incorporating all channels
Recommend how they work together with offline activity
You will be able to recommend and set appropriate KPIs
You will have experience of planning and leading brand and sales-driven campaigns
You will have a thorough understanding of the digital media market with a strong understanding of data capabilities and how we can best utilise our client s data
Campaign Management and Performance:
Brief, lead and manage the channel specialists ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard and that it is aligned to the client s digital strategy.
Ensure the reporting schedule is set out and adhered to throughout the campaign life cycle
Lead client calls and meetings for digital
Ensure your team & specialists are focused on delivering against target KPIs
Team:
We run a very collaborative team but are looking for a senior digital lead that can provide leadership and inspire as well as upskill our managers and execs.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual who has experience in a digital media role, preferably at an agency currently operating at an SAM / AD level
Desired Skills & Experience:
Passion for digital strategic planning and innovation
A solid understanding of all digital media channels; Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, PPC & Affiliates
Be thorough and accurate in reviewing and delivery of work, attention to detail is a key requirement
Knowledge and experience is required for the following systems: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Prisma, Google Analytics
