Join Momentum is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Business Analyst Mentor to join our dynamic team/ to serve as a mentor in our mentorship program. As a mentor you will provide guidance share your industry knowledge and support interns as they navigate their career paths. Your expertise and insights will play a crucial role in helping interns achieve their professional goals. Position: Senior Business Analyst Mentor

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing advice coaching and support to business analyst interns helping them develop their skills understand methodologies and solve complex problems.
  2. Reviewing interns work providing feedback and ensuring it meets standards and project goals.
  3. Leading training sessions and knowledgesharing initiatives to keep interns current with industry trends and best practices.
  4. Helping business analyst interns set goals identify growth opportunities and create development plans.
  5. Demonstrating best practices in business analysis stakeholder management and project delivery setting a positive example for less experienced team members to follow.
