Role Description
Position: Fulltime AEB Employability Tutor
Location: East London (Onsite)
Specializations Needed: Construction Health and Social Care Digital
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective adult education courses.
- Provide support and guidance to learners.
- Assess and evaluate student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve the learning experience.
Essential Skills Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficient in Teaching Tutoring and Mentoring.
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
- Skilled in Evaluating Student Progress and Assessment.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills.
- Knowledgeable in Adult Education Principles.
- Experience in Designing Engaging Learning Activities.
- Relevant Teaching Qualifications (e.g. PGCE Cert Ed).
- At least one year of experience in delivering Level 1 and Level 2 courses in Construction Health and Social Care or Digital.
