About the Role
You will be part of both the media planning and buying teams with some client-facing responsibilities. In particular, leading re involving the use of digital media channels, coordinating and writing the supporting detailed media plans. Great organisation, internal and external team coordination skills, a passion for the client servicing and making the complex simple will be critical.

You ll be a direct client contact

Maintaining a strong working relationship

Ensuring we are continually considered as an extension of the marketing team

You ll understand your client s category and add value with your opinions

Demonstrate an ability to make recommendations that will positively impact their businesses

You ll help to give day to day guidance to less experienced team members

Understand new trends & introduce new media opportunities within your planning

Work with specialist teams to deliver cohesive, fully-integrated cross-channel plans

Clearly communicate to clients how the channels will work together

Understand how both individual channel KPIs and overall campaign KPIs will be used to measure the success of your plans

Be able to source and recommend suitable performance benchmarks against KPIs set

Understand how to build test and learn opportunities into your planning when relevant

Present cross-channel plans to clients

Manage media bookings and finance process in particular for digital channels

Manage campaign set-up, management and reconciliation

Manage campaign reporting & analysis

Confidently make recommendations for optimisations and adjustments to better deliver objectives

You ll coordinate & collate central account management documents such as year plans & finance trackers for use of the client & the wider agency team

Requirements

Key Experience:

A minimum of 3 years experience in media planning and buying agencies

Currently in a role that involves digital channel planning and/or comms planning of a fully-integrated media planning approach

Working knowledge of the current media market landscape

Able to communicate this fluently to clients

Understanding of existing and developing opportunities within every digital media channel

An appreciation of the evolving nature of data compliance and its implications for media planning

A strong understanding of campaign evaluation knowing how to set and measure against both media, brand and business KPIs

Knowledge of and experience with key planning tools such as Touchpoints, Comscore, RACE, YouGov, Kantar Tgi, Nielson, GA, Google Trends & intermediate advanced Excel & PPT

Excellent time management skills, both of yourself and others
