Responsibilities, but are not limited to

• Provide a high standard of pre/post-sales support to clients and colleagues remotely using the Autodesk product suite
  
• Manage the resolution of customer support cases relating to the intended use of Autodesk software s, making sure clear communication with customers is upheld
  
• Producing technical media collateral to assist in the provision of support
  
• Liaising with suppliers and product vendors in order to advise customers and colleagues on design solutions
  
• Deployment and configuration of the Autodesk product suite with demonstrations of capabilities when required
  

Experiences required

• Relevant Autodesk CAD experience across the product
  
• Understanding of manufacturing processes with knowledge in design engineering
  
• BEng/BSc Engineering or equivalent further education/experience accepted
  
• Core focus on customer service and must demonstrate verbal and written communication proficiency
  
• Attention to details and willingness to take on responsibility working independently or collaborating with others
