With an ever-growing pipeline of vacancies, we are now seeking a Delivery Consultant to join our team.
This is a role where the focus is on ensuring our clients get access to the very best talent in the market, at pace, but not compromising on quality.
Working in a fast-paced and varied role you will support our experienced Consultants by, creating diverse talent pools and building relationships with candidates.
You will focus on sourcing, screening and selecting qualified candidates that meet our client s needs utilising a range of tools in our tech stack. You will support and manage candidates and clients through the recruitment process and will ensure that both sides enjoy a first-class experience.
Tasks
To be successful you will need to be a confident German (very good level) and English speaking communicator who is highly organised, has strong prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail. You will have a track record of building strong relationships and will work well under pressure, going the extra mile to ensure our clients and
candidates needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
Sourcing top talent via internal databases, job boards, social media and networking
Screening candidates via telephone/video
Research projects and market mapping
Designing and executing innovative candidate attraction campaigns
Recommending and driving improvements to candidate attraction methods and our tech stack
Building effective relationships with candidates
