We are looking for a HR Technician to perform the following main functions:
Tasks
- Personnel organization and planning.
- Performance evaluation.
- Professional promotion and training.
- Recruitment and selection.
- Work climate and satisfaction.
- Occupational risk prevention
Requirements
- Specific labor relations regulations.
- Experience in Research
- Experience in training plans
- Experience in end to end selection processes
- Experience in performance evaluation programs, as well as evaluation of candidates in competency interviews.
- Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or similar.
- Previous experience in the position of 3 years
- Location UK (LONDRES, BIRMINGHAM, GLASGOW, MANCHESTER, SHEFFIELD)
