We are looking for a HR Technician to perform the following main functions:

Tasks

  • Performance evaluation.
  • Professional promotion and training.
  • Recruitment and selection.
  • Work climate and satisfaction.
  • Occupational risk prevention

Requirements

  • Specific labor relations regulations.
  • Experience in Research
  • Experience in training plans
  • Experience in end to end selection processes
  • Experience in performance evaluation programs, as well as evaluation of candidates in competency interviews.
  • Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or similar.
  • Previous experience in the position of 3 years
  • Location UK (LONDRES, BIRMINGHAM, GLASGOW, MANCHESTER, SHEFFIELD)
