The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the team! You'll plan, direct and oversee all operations within Bradleys.
This includes leading the team, ensuring product and service standards are met whilst implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency. You'll also support the operation by serving customers behind the bar during peak trade and staff holidays - Being able to 'roll your sleeves up' in this role is a must!
Typical Duties will include:
- Creating a welcoming environment that is service ready to maximise revenue
- Drive an efficient working environment with strong attention to detail
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages
- Elevate the bar displays to maximise functionality and attractiveness
- Actively seek customer feedback and push suggestions to the leadership team.
You'll also:
- Ensure that our Televised schedule is prepared and promoted to our customers, prioritising key sporting events and raise awareness via collaboration with the marketing team.
- Take responsibility for recruiting, training and leading the bar team, offering feedback and encouraging the team deliver the best experience possible.
- Create a rota that ensures maximum operating efficiencies both for the team and our customers.
- Forward plan for special events and bank holidays, ensuring we are the venue of choice
- Motivate and inspire the team everyday, every shift.
Hours of work:
This is a full time role, with the following standard hours (At peak times you may need to work outside of these, You'll also be required to work every match day.
Monday 4.00pm 11.00pm
Tuesday Day Off
Wednesday 6.00pm 11.30pm
Thursday 11.00am 11.30pm
Friday 5.00pm 12.30am
Saturday 11.00am 12.30am
Sunday Day Off
