About the role:
Studio Fix are looking for a driven and professional team leader who is passionate about customer service and values their team as the core of the business.

Working directly for the company Owner/Director the General Manager will have full responsibility for daily business operations including operating procedures H&S procedures (client and staff) staff compliance and timetable management. The ability to make informed decisions on the spot is key as well as always remaining consistent to support the evolving needs of staff members and clients.
Experience managing a large and diverse team is key. You be expected to manage business expenses and administration and maintain positive relationships with key contractors and suppliers as well as as PR and marketing teams. The job also includes overseeing all local authority relationships and compliance such as local BCO HSE local council and fire brigade. You will also run payroll HR systems and staff rotas.
We are only considering candidates with a background in fitness industry management and ideally fitness industry qualifications.
This role is Maternity Leave Cover starting around February 2025.
The successful candidate will need to be a confident decision maker logical thinker and strong communicator who is proficient with Word Excel and Outlook if this sounds like the next role for you get in touch!
