Trainee Administrator Witham Hybrid Working Available
Here at Marsh McLennan, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our busy and expanding Witham Team as a Trainee Administrator.
Assisting in the System Administration of multiple Banking Platforms across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) this vacancy has arisen following the growth of the business and is the perfect role for an individual looking to develop a rewarding career with one of the world's leading professional services firm.
Whether you have prior office experience or are looking for your first role after education, if you can demonstrate the ability to use your initiative, solve problems, and follow processes this could be the position for you.
This role will be offered on a hybrid basis split between 3 days in our newly refurbished office, and 2 working from home.
Please note that this will be a fixed term contract of 12 months to cover maternity leave.

We will rely on you to:
Assist in the System Administration of multiple Banking Platforms across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
Liaise with banking staff, stakeholders, and auditors
Research upon request of business partners (both internal and external) and/or other duties as assigned by manager
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Use of Access Database to record, monitor and Audit all access to the multiple Banking Platforms, multiple users and multiple accesses
Assist with procedures to ensure all Bank downloads of statements have been received and stored correctly
Work with Peoplesoft, TRAX, BE64 and other systems (training provided)
Complete amendments of account names, novations and statement feeds
Monitoring of Cheque book and token stocks
What you need to have:
Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to demonstrate skills such as problem solving and using your initiative
Good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word
GCSE Maths and English at 4 (old grade C) and above
A basic understanding of a finance function
What makes you stand out:

Prior experience in a similar role
Use of Peoplesoft, TRAX, BE64 and/or other treasury systems
