3-6 month fixed term contract to assist in the delivery of asset management opportunities with Johnsons 1871.
  • You will be competent in maintaining systems and creating reports for clients based on their requirements.
  • You will be a proactive person who focuses on tasks and sees something through until it is finished whilst striving for consistency, logic and accuracy to do excellent work.
  • You will be responsible for the set up and delivery of onsite tagging and training of internal teams.
  • This role will involve nationwide travel alongside office based work.

Role and Responsibilities

Assist on asset 360 opportunities within Johnsons.

Be confident to ask the important questions or talk about problems that could delay projects whilst being diplomatic.

Prep and lead on-site tagging including resource planning in-line with estimate.

Focus on accurate data capture

Data cleanse and create reports based on customers requirements.

Visit warehouse to assign assets to location and assist in training internal teams to be self-sufficient.

If received in store tagging (where we get containers/pre-loads) visit the warehouse to lead on the tagging and setup with internal teams.

Resolve any issues within the warehouses and provide additional support where required based on workload/requirements.

Provide 360 approach to improvements and updates to system and reporting.



Requirements

Excellent communication skill

Excellent organisational skills

The ability to record and maintain systems accurately

A working knowledge of asset management is preferable (Although full training will be provided).

Good IT skills and experience of reporting from systems.
