The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Client Delivery Manager (CDM) to join one of our most important clients, a Big 4 consultancy.

The successful candidate would integrate into the consultancys team and work directly with multiple end clients, providing technical advisory and managing SAP client delivery across the portfolio.

Type of job: Contract / freelance

Working hours: Full-time (40 hours / week)

Duration: Starting Dec 2022 or Jan 2023, length tbc, long-term engagement

This is a remote position.

Key tasks:

Manage engagement delivery lifecycle phases after contract signature (onboarding, transition, stabilisation, operations, off-boarding)
Define the project / delivery / service plan, perform active stakeholder management., governance, reporting, communication plan, meeting structure, risk mitigation, escalations path, etc.
Ensure operational excellence in contract administration
Identify service improvements and delivery opportunities and realise value for the client
Planning and facilitation of workshops on S/4HANA transformation

Requirements

All candidates must have unrestricted rights to work in the EU or UK
Fluent in English
At least 5 years experience working with SAP
Strong technical and project management skills
Cloud transformation experience
Hyperscaler & SAP Cloud experience
S/4HANA implementation / migration experience

Ideal (but not essential)

Experience working in the consulting field
