Job Brief
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise AV Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. All sales activities and targets will be based on your corporate teams clients.
You will be responsible for managing the sales team to drive revenue against SPOR s pre-determined corporate clients and target accounts. You will also have responsibility for House corporate account revenue targets.
Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and House accounts.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence within the businesses corporate clients.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives in your team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status
Develop strategic plans for your sales team designed to hit your company targets.
Develop and execute a Marketing Strategy to support you and your sales team with your targets.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Successful previous experience as a sales manager within the Integration business in AV, workplace or IT integration industry
Demonstratable experience of hitting targets personally and as a team
Demonstratable experience with managing a remote work force.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise within AV, workplace or IT integration industry
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Experienced manager who can demonstrate how you have consistently exceeded targets with your team.
