An opportunity has arisen for a Nursery Operations Manager supporting 5 nurseries in the Bucks Bedfordshire and London areas for a growing provider. The role will encompass all areas of operations working alongside and supporting the Nursery Managers and their teams in the delivery of outstanding child care.
Ideally you will be doing a similar role have experience of Ofsted Inspections gowing Occupancy supporting succession planing and working with the Senior Team in the delivery of outstanding results within the Nurseries. Good working knowledge of Excel Office and other software packages.
A great salary package is being offered c 65k plus car allowance.
Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 4 years previous experience of managing a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of multi site management
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
Experience of supporting with Internal / External Audits and Ofsted Inspections
