We are currently looking for an Editor - German Speaking (m/f/d) to join our The Connect tribe, builds and operates interconnected shopping platforms for our B2B partners ( CNN, El Pa s, Business Insider, Focus Online, Daily Mail, Microsoft, ). Connect aspires to be the customer's easy, fair, and caring shopping partner from discovery to purchase . We focus on helping consumers to make the best purchasing decision through shopping recommendations, product comparisons, reviews, deals, and The tribe traces its origins back to 2012 and operates across 21 markets in Europe, North America, APAC, and Latin Amongst many exciting challenges, you will be:
- Responsible for execution of efficiency, automation, and standardisation of workflow initiatives
- Accountable for content performance and optimisation KPI s
- Writing the most valuable, attractive and relevant content for our users as needed based on demand
- Maintaining high-quality content by executing final quality assurance checks
- Having a team mindset & improvement initiatives
- Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics, adjusting team execution to maximize domain
We are a match if you have
- Studies in Journalism, Media, Communication, or Business related field
- At least 1 - 2 years in an editorial or web-related position is essential
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a writing role in an electronic format
- Led by example with excellent writing and editing skill
- Demonstrated organizational and work effectively with contributors
- Fluent in German and excellent written and communication level in English
