This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor with 2 or more years PQE to come on board to a readymade client base with regular incoming business from quality clientele. A training contract for proven success is available

Duties:

All areas of Residential and ideally Commercial Conveyancing

Open new files and conduct the appropriate searches.

Handle the full life cycle of the conveyancing files.

Residential sales and purchases mortgages and transfers of equities

Make use of a good quality referred work.

Remortgage shared equity and equity release on a high volume using a case management system.

Lease extensions

Commercial mortgages and lending knowledge

Candidate requirements:

Flexible on the number of years experience but ideally 2 years

Residential and Commercial Property Experience

Working with developers on complex buying requirements

Comfortable with volume files

Conveyancing work experience with a focus on all areas of property

Ideally you will have worked for a high street practice.

You should be a selfstarter keen to support your quality client base.

Excellent spoken and written skills are a must.

Good client liaison skills
