Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven individual to join our team as a Customer Information Gathering and Sales Conversion Specialist. This workfromhome role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills a passion for helping others and the ability to turn leads into successful enrollments. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers gathering necessary information and converting leads into sales. The role involves understanding the needs of the customer and recommending suitable solution by providing solution to the required customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to gather information about their needs and interests.
  • Lead Conversion: Use persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer details and interaction outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Followup: Proactively follow up with leads who require additional information or time to make a decision.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and achieve common goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities leads and conversion rates to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales customer service or telemarketing is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive manner.
  • SalesOriented: Proven ability to convert leads into sales through effective negotiation and relationshipbuilding.
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for tracking and managing leads.
  • SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
