I am recruiting for a fantastic fitness job in South West London! I am recruiting for an Area Manager for an independently owned fitness chain who are now looking for an experienced manager in the fitness industry to join their team in London. This is a fitness job not to be missed!
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for 3 sites in South West London. My client is a leading operator in high quality gyms across the UK and they are extremely keen to speak to candidates who are super passionate about providing exceptional service and standards.
You will be expected to drive service and standards via a team of club managers, personal trainers and fitness staff. No two weeks will be the same and you will be expected to travel across sites ensuring the sites are being operated at the highest standards and the members are receiving an exceptional service.
The company is owned by a multiple business owner and a success story they've shared is how an assistant manager from one of their clubs now runs the entirety of one of their non fitness businesses
I am extremely keen to speak to candidates who have management experience in the fitness industry. You must have worked as a General manager and ideally have some multi-site experience. A strong operator is crucial for this role and ideally you will have an interest/experience in gym maintenance.
