Working for a large, award winning employer with an office in Liverpool, we are excited to be recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team!
This role would suit a HR professional who is confident with a range of HR issues - largely dealing with employee relations cases and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Its an incredibly varied role, and were looking for a well-rounded HR Advisor who is eager to continue to learn, progress and develop within the team. Theres a lot of scope to get involved with interesting and complex cases, as well as redundancies, TUPE and many other areas of HR.
Location: Hybrid working - 2 days in Liverpool office, 3 days home as a general rule
Salary: Competitive plus 10% bonus
Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, medical, plus so much more!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm
- Youll be driving HR change throughout the business whilst being on hand to advice, guide and coach line managers in your area.
- Maintaining strong HR administration records, and working closely with the HRBPs.
- Mentoring and advising Junior HR Assistants in order to develop their HR knowledge.
- Travelling across different offices when required
- Getting involved in wider HR projects
- Undertaking formal HR meetings to undertake disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues etc
- Managing employee surveys
Requirements
- Youll be an experienced HR Advisor who has a broad scope of employee relations knowledge
- Experience of advising on redundancy and TUPE
- CIPD level 5 qualified ideally
- Confident communicator able to challenge stakeholders when required
- Organised and enjoys working in a busy environment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Happy to travel when required
- Eager to continue to learn and develop within a company
- A team player
- Enjoys staying up to date with latest relevant legislation
