Roles like this dont come around often! This brand new position is perfect for someone who has experience in producing TV and perhaps wants a more varied role within a smaller company. It emcompasses producing online and in person events, managing huge budgets per annum, project managing each event and essentially being in charge of all production.

  • Managing 4 large annual events plus ad hoc events throughout the year
  • Ensuring all components of the production is in place on the day - ranging from sound, lighting, video, production members etc
  • Managing a large events and production budget
  • Managing a small team
  • Working closely with the CEO and Leadership team
  • Building relationships with external suppliers, managing timescales and SLAs
  • Liaising with the marketing department and working collaboratively


Requirements

What experience youll need

  • Experience of managing large events
  • TV production experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a budget
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Happy to be involved and manage the smaller events also - right down to inviting guests, table and seating plans etc
  • Excellent communication skills and able to challenge stakeholders and suppliers
