Roles like this dont come around often! This brand new position is perfect for someone who has experience in producing TV and perhaps wants a more varied role within a smaller company. It emcompasses producing online and in person events, managing huge budgets per annum, project managing each event and essentially being in charge of all production.
- Managing 4 large annual events plus ad hoc events throughout the year
- Ensuring all components of the production is in place on the day - ranging from sound, lighting, video, production members etc
- Managing a large events and production budget
- Managing a small team
- Working closely with the CEO and Leadership team
- Building relationships with external suppliers, managing timescales and SLAs
- Liaising with the marketing department and working collaboratively
Requirements
What experience youll need
- Experience of managing large events
- TV production experience
- Demonstrable experience of managing a budget
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Happy to be involved and manage the smaller events also - right down to inviting guests, table and seating plans etc
- Excellent communication skills and able to challenge stakeholders and suppliers
