Our client is looking to Save valuable timeby automating sales processes, generating interest and creating engagement with multiple demographics online, instantly knowing the status of any lead or enquiry. For example; get notified when a lead or prospect opens an email.
We re looking for someone who has a previous track record of implementing a marketing automation process, understanding the wider scope of the firm s marketing and where digital and lead generation sits within it. We would like you to develop a digital marketing plan for the firm and our specific areas of expertise, with the objective of driving online engagement. Someone who understands digital marketing and not just social media marketing. You must be a competent writer/blogger, familiar with SEO and WordPress websites but your passion will lie with the technical side of marketing campaigns.
About the role, you will
- Work closely with our marketing manager and head of departments to create and manage a robust digital marketing strategy
- Create and test landing pages for different campaigns and be competent in split-testing.
- Manage the lead research process which involves collecting data from multiple sources and putting into a useable sales funnel or Excel list
- Analyse and report on lead creation and performance
- Continually improve the lead creation process, automating as much as possible, using in-house and third-party solutions, while maintaining quality
- Through technical Digital Marketing strategies, contribute towards better sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools
- Measuring ROI from online activity
- Monitoring performance of campaigns
- Creating workflows for marketing campaigns and ensuring sequential campaigns encompass cross-selling opportunities where appropriate for other services
- Have a working knowledge of automation software and be able to adapt to situations quickly as campaigns unfold
About you:
- You will have a track record of building a sustainable sales lead generation/sourcing process within a scaling business
- Familiarity with translating sales and marketing strategies into digital marketing campaigns
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with an understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation and the ability to run and manage these campaigns
- Strong data management and analytical abilities
- You get excited about marketing tech and are always reviewing and learning new things to increase the performance and efficiency of your work
- An innate drive to develop the digital marketing arm of the business and become a vital part of each department s marketing strategy
- Have the utmost integrity when managing data
- Be familiar with writing and repurposing content including creating social media assets and lead generation following departmental briefing
- Have the ability to deal with people at all levels and understand the need for professionalism at all times but also be creative with ideas and campaign planning
- Ensure that a prospective customer s first encounter with the business is a positive one
