Recruitment Consultant/ Resource Consultant/ Delivery Consultant/ Recruiter/ -Birmingham

Salary: 18k- 21K (without experience) - with experience to discuss on an individual basis

Tasks

  • Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs
  • Creating and posting job adverts
  • Using social media channels and job boards for candidate attraction
  • Organising candidate interviews
  • Working with the Business Development consultants to ensure the candidate process runs smoothly
  • Unlimited advertising on all key web based job boards
  • Unlimited access to multiple on line candidate databases
  • Market leading CRM system and job posting tools
  • Highest level of access to LinkedIn - Corporate licence

Working hours - 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday
