Mobile Cleaner

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Hourly rate - 9.50

My client provides high quality facility services designed to maintain the fabric and appearance of buildings, they provide facilities management; cleaning & hygiene services; maintenance and building services; catering; security; landscaping and a wide range of other tailor-made services for customers throughout the Public and Private Sectors.

Duties -

To carry out general housekeeping / cleaning tasks as detailed on the task allocations, to agreed standard, as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Area Manager.

To ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks assigned are completed within the required deadlines.

To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene.

To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Follow Cleaning Excellence guidelines at all times.

Reporting faulty machinery / equipment immediately.

What do we want?

Full UK driving licence (Van provided) minimum 3 years

Ability to read English at a basic level, and a good level of spoken English for communication purposes

Ability to work as part of a team as well as own initiative

Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels

Courteous and professional at all times
