Infor M3 Technical Consultant

(Must have MAK OR Mangoose OR xTendM3 OR StoryTeller)

Location: Remote work (Anywhere in Europe & APAC Except India)

Contract Duration: 12 Months + Possible extension

Ideally looking for a candidate who will show a high level of interest in implementing M3 solutions on both on-premises and cloud environments.
Ready to work on any type of project, in any shift and from any location.

Responsibilities

• Ability to resolve priority issues quickly
• M3 on-premise / cloud solution capability
• Participate in requirement gathering and design discussions with customers and
  functional solution architects, and own module designs.
• Create and review technical documentation such as solution architecture documents, and technical specifications.
• Participate in preparing and reviewing effort estimations.
• Troubleshoot M3 technical issues.
• Create and review technical documentation such as solution architecture documents, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Provide training and guidance to new developers and junior team members.
• Take part in project meetings.
• Adhere to timeline commitments and prioritize tasks.
• Pay attention to detail and maintain high-quality standards.

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of MAK development expertise. MAK development expertise.
• 2+years of experience in Mangoose and xTendM3
• Knowledge of Infor OS
• Developing M3 Output Management (MOM) solutions using OpenText StoryTeller,
  OpenText StreamServe, or Infor Document Management (IDM).
• Knowledge and experience in OpenText Exstream would be the additional advantage
• Knowledge Ad-Hoc reports
• Designing and developing M3 integrations with MEC, EDI and Intelligent Open Network (ION) technologies
• Configuring and working with Event Hub, Event Rules, and MBM
• Developing UI extensions using H5 scripts and JScript

Requirements

Experience

• 5+years of experience in M3 technical consulting
• M3 Certification
