Dental Nurse/Receptionist







A fantastic position has opened in the Clapham Junction area foran experienced ReceptionistandGDCregistration as a Dental Nurse, to work in a well-established specialist practice.
Who we are:A fast-paced mixed NHS and private practice close to Clapham Junction train station.
The role:This role requires an experiencedReceptionist/Customer Service AgentwithDental Nursing experience and valid GDC registration. As per our weekly rota, your shifts will be split between reception and surgery duties, where you will be meeting and greeting patients, handling calls, booking appointments, and managing clinicians diaries, along with chairside nursing and other clinical duties required.
Position:Receptionist / Dental Nurse (mixed duties)
Pay rate:as advertised (depending on experience)
Working hours:min 37.5 hours per week (full-time position)
- from Monday to Friday (as per rota) 7.5/8.75 hours from 08:45 to 17:15/18:30
- and Saturdays from 9:45 14:00
Start date:Upon review and shortlisting candidates, we will perform the interviews (in the next 2-3 weeks).
Requirements
Essentials:
- Professional well presented
- Friendly and a team player
- Have a good command of English (written and spoken)
- Can do attitude
- Willing to learn and progress
- Reliable, and well organised
- Have experience working at the reception
- Calm under pressure
- Valid Dental Nursing qualification
- Up-to-date GDC Registered and professional indemnity
Specifics Desired:
- Experienced in use of DOit patient management system
- Experienced in use of Microsoft Office 365 platform
- Valid Dental Radiography qualification
- Candidate living locally (Borough of Wandsworth)
