Prestigious and rapidly luxury aesthetics business are looking for a sales focused Patient Advisor to manage all incoming new client enquiries concerning aesthetic treatments converting these into treatments and consultations. Also discussing treatments face to face closing both treatment and product sales.

Please note the role requires previous experience from a salesfocused aesthetics background within a similar role.


Your responsibilities will include the following:


  • Customer liaison ensuring fivestar services at all times converting enquiries into appointments
  • Managing the new customer enquiry process over phone and email and liaising with Clinic team
  • Identifying and resolving any issues concerning customer enquiry process
  • Meeting and greeting clients sales of treatments and products
  • Contacting existing clients with updates and offers
  • Creating regular reports demonstrating conversion of enquiries for management
  • Diary management
  • Administration and FOH cover


To be successful in this role you must be driven organised and have a passion for customer service and sales within the aesthetics industry.



Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a similar role with a passion for aesthetics
  • Enthusiasm to be part of achieving business growth
  • Proven sales experience working with new patient enquiries converting these into consultations/appointments and face to face treatment and product sales
  • Ability to meet targets and KPIs consistently
  • Professional attitude and presentation with the ability to liaise confidently with a high profile clientele
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • This is a key role in the organisation where you will take ownership of driving new business
  • Weekend availability
