Customer Success Manager Cloud Solutions
Location: Glasgow Scotland
Salary: 35000 (Dependent on Experience)
About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager at our cloud solutions firm your mission is to elevate the customer experience throughout their journey with us. You will act as a critical bridge between our customers and our sales and technical teams ensuring seamless positive interactions that build and maintain strong enduring customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Liaison: Act as the goto person for all customer inquiries related to projects products financials and support ensuring responsive and insightful communication.
- Relationship Building: Lead efforts to develop and sustain excellent customer relations focusing on delivering value and satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Aid the sales team with customer queries and in preparing persuasive proposals that meet client needs.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the technical team to monitor project progress and facilitate client communication.
- Training Provision: Conduct initial training sessions for customers on our products and solutions as needed.
- Financial Management: Handle the invoicing process for additional sales opportunities including generating hardware quotes and processing orders.
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of business activities.
- Continuous Learning: Commit to ongoing personal and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Performance Goals:
- Generate a minimum of five new leads monthly.
- Maintain renewal/retention rates at or above 90%.
- Create opportunities for at least nine upsells or crosssells each month.
- Schedule at least 14 customer meetings monthly.
- Dispatch nine or more proposal documents monthly.
- Initiate 14 requests for customer referrals monthly.
