Young Adult Support Service

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a new Regional Manager to join their established, yet growing organisation which provides specialist support to young adults with complex needs.

The young people that they support require bespoke packages within multi occupancy homes or solo occupancy accommodation working with staff who facilitate the development of a sense of self and key skills.

As a Regional Manager, you will ensure the safe and effective management of all services in your region, line managing home managers, ensuring each service can provide positive outcomes to each young person within the provision.


Job details

Overseeing the management a number of services for young adults with complex needs

Line manage home managers

Hands-on support within services

Provide leadership, guidance to staff members

Ensure is service is compliant and meets company standards

Ensure each service is fit to provide positive outcomes to the young people being cared for within the service

Lead on safeguarding concerns

Assist with recruitment and lead on recruitment for management roles

Manage budgets

Requirements

NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management

5 years of experience at management level within childrens or young adults services

Ideally multi-site management experience

Driving Licence





Benefits

Salary and Benefits:

Salary 45,000 - 50,000 (dependent on experience)
