Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
Location: Southampton and surrounding area
Salary: 30,000 - 34,000 (depending on experience) + 2,000 joining bonus + Time Saved Bonus + Company Van
Role is full time and
Monday to Friday Daytime shifts 1 Saturday in every 4

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Deliver the highest possible levels of technical advice, service and maintenance to all our clients customers, on Ford and other brand
- Work within the relevant protocols, as dictated by legislation, the company, the manufacturer and relevant suppliers at all
- Assist Senior and Master Technicians, and undertake learning and development as
- Maintain comprehensive records, in an appropriate and timely fashion, and ensure colleagues do the
- Create and maintain a supportive culture for all colleagues in line with our clients
- Commit to ongoing learning and
- Deliver all services in the most resource-effective manner
- To ensure the skills and the knowledge of the Technicians are kept up-to-date

Requirements
- Fully qualified City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (candidates must have relevant certificates)
- Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration and
- Strong organisational
- Demonstrate ability to support, coach, and counsel and develop colleagues and junior team
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty
- Evidence of Right to work in the UK
