Key Duties/Accountabilities:
To carry out building repairs maintenance renewals and replacements within a multitude of trade disciplines ranging from routine reactive repairs to large scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties and other Council owned premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.
Essential Experience Required:
Plumbing and/or jetting
Carpentry and/or joinery
Wet Trades Plastering Tiling Paving Bricklaying Painting & Decorating
Roofing
Floorlaying
Glazing
Additional information to note:
36 hours per week
08:00am 16:30pm working hours
