Housekeeping couple sought to look after brand new 5 storey property in Notting Hill W11 for a family who are in occasional residence.
This is a secondary residence for the family the children go to school in the US hence they are only in residence at times during the school holidays.
Duties include all housekeeping cleaning laundry ironing etc and occasional informal cooking or food preparation. A chef will be employed when entertaining and principal enjoys cooking but may like help preparing veg etc.
Important that both are happy with hands on housekeeping as all maintenance is out sourced and under contract.
Security is paramount so the couple must be happy to sleep at the property even on days off (although cover can be arranged for holidays and planned absences).
Occasional driving car maintenance may be needed.
Staff accommodation is a basement flat with separate entrance. The flat has 2 ensuite bedrooms (one would be used by the Nanny when family are in residence so couple must be happy to share the kitchen/sitting room during this time).
Working Monday Friday 40hrs with flexibility needed when the family are in residence (extra hours/days to be taken in lieu).
