Roberts Webb Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a successful property lettings company based in Liverpool. Due to growth, they are looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic lettings manager to add to their already brilliant team.

Location: Liverpool - with travel to the properties
Salary: Up to 25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Building key relationships and customer experience being at the core of every conversation
- Conducting propertyinspections and providing detailed reports to landlords on findings
- Ensuring all property legislation is up to date
- Schedule and organise any work to be carried out on the properties
- Manage and handle any arrears of tenants in a professional manner
Requirements
What experience will you need for this role?
Its a given that youll be interested in properties! Ideally having worked in lettings or property maintenance, happy to travel to properties to do inspections and deal with current tenants and landlords.
- Proven experience in property management role
- Drivers licence is essential to attend properties
- Knowledge of current legislation and changes to legislation
- Results driven and able to think outside the box
