Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ramsbottom BL0
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, with occasional Saturday shift.
Hybrid working - Work from home Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an e-commerce company, we need someone who is comfortable with computer packages and taking orders over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries and concerns over the phone, email, and live chat
- Processing orders and payments efficiently and accurately
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly and approachable manner with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with computer packages and online ordering systems
- Flexibility to work within a team and independently
